This is very hard to come to terms with the fact that Pete has gone to be with the Lord. We have known Peter & Dee for many years. Peter and i (mac) shared the same birth date so had that in common. Peter always had a vision and included others along with him. he had a heart for people and loved teaching. Peter & Dee were always amazing company. Pete you will be sadly missed. Our condolences to Dee Nathan Mon and the extended family. It is with a sad heart that we can't be with you all to celebrate Peter's life. Thinking of you all at this time. our love to you all. Diane & Murray (mac) McDonald.
It was such an honour to know someone like Peter. He has been a real example to us of someone who lived his faith in Jesus openly and never hid it. Peter has been cheering us on in our fight against poverty in East Africa. It seemed no matter what time of day it was in NZ, he would send us an encouraging word. Peter was one of our Board of Directors for BeyondWater and even though it was for a short time, he brought a lot of wisdom to the table. We will miss Peter immensely, but are relieved that he is no longer in pain. On behalf of the boards in New Zealand, Australia, Kenya and the USA, we extend our love and condolences to Dee and the family. Many of the friends of BeyondWater have sent us messages of support for the family and also send their love. We pray that God's hand of grace and peace will be with you all.
