David passed away at North Shore Hospital on 30 April 2023, aged 88, surrounded by his 3 sons, nine months after his wife had passed away.

Loved father of Stephen and Catherine, Terry and Theresa and Roger and Kristen. Loved Grandad of Matthew, Drew, Kieran, Celia, Reuben, Katelyn and Grace. Loved Great Grandad of Matiu.

A service to celebrate David’s life will held at Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany, on Friday 5th of May at 2.30 pm.
