Bernie passed away on Thursday 04 May 2023 at Waikato Hospital after a short illness, aged 96.
Husband of the late Mary. Much loved father and father-in-law of Richard and Margaret, Christine and David Mehrtens, and Anne and Hans Geursen.
Dearly loved grandfather to Emma, Douglas, Anna, Ben, Tom, Annelies and Virginia.
A small ceremony will be held on Wednesday 10th May at 1.00 pm.
