HUTCHINGS, James Bruce (Bruce):
Peacefully at home on Monday, 8 May 2023 aged 72. Treasured partner of Shirley. Cherished Dad and father-in-law of Lydia & Andrew, Matthew & Jesi and Kate & James. Loved Grandad of Miah and Stella; Ahi; and Penny Rose.

A service to celebrate Bruce’s life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth on Monday 15 May 2023 at 10:30am followed by a private cremation.
For those unable to attend, Bruce’s funeral will be livestreamed via his tribute page.

James Bruce- you were only Hutch to me, sorry I couldn’t attend your special day today. Our families were connected before I was even born. Thanks for fishing with my dad. Thanks for teaching me how to wetline the real river. I just watched your funeral online, you should be very proud of Lid and the rest of your family.
