WILLIAMS, Alfred Harold Ernest (Alf) (aka Ginger): Peacefully in the presence of family at Palmerston North Hospital on Tuesday 23 May 2023, aged 87 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Hazel. Loved father of Cherie, Gayle, Allan and Russell. Much loved and cherished Grandad of his nine grandchildren. A service to celebrate Alf’s life will be held in St Paul’s Presbyterian Church, 35 Grey Street, Feilding on Monday 29 May 2023 at 11am followed by interment at Kimbolton Cemetery. What a beautiful celebration of our beloved Uncle Ginger and of course our darling, Hazel. Thank you for the love, kindness and the many happy memories of our times growing up and sharing with your beautiful family. For the guidance and strength that you taught us to live by. You will live forever in our hearts. Until we all meet again.
What a beautiful tribute to a wonderful man. Even though we did not see Uncle more than a few times from the awesome eulogies I felt I got my opportunity to know him. My favourite memory was when Uncle Ginger and Aunty Hazel took Mark myself Sherie Barbara and Jackie to Mt Parahaki in Whangārei and we loved the trip and loved them for taking us ..we were a handful What a wonderful send off. Love to all our cousins and your families ❤
