I feel all the better from knowing Rodney over a long period of time in motorsport with Pukekohe Car Club and in the clubrooms enjoying the odd rum, or two. Also sitting in his VW with him on a Targa event and Rally of The Far North, although to be honest with his arms and legs hitting me and the crazy speed that beetle could obtain it was sometimes not an entirely pleasant affair. Sorry I was responsible for stripping your reverse gear from a stupid error on my part! Anyway thank you Rodney for some really special memories. Your friend Colin
