Born 13 November, 1922. Passed away Saturday 17 June at Parkside Metlifecare Retirement Village, Auckland.

Rhoda was dedicated to nursing and maternity care throughout New Zealand and Australia and worked with some of the most marginalised in society including Aboriginal peoples. She had a love of music, sang in a choir and could reach a high C! Rhoda also cared for animals and loved gardening.

In accordance with Rhoda’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. "To live in the hearts of those we love is not to die"
