Oh Grandma How I loved you so ! You were a most wonderful person and most certainly my favourite . My memories are 60 years long with one of my very special memories of you taking me to visit the faeries under the big tree at Razorback Road …from that day on it had always been a very special treasure between us and something I have never forgotten . You were always so kind to everyone and tolerant of us all . Eating buzz bars at the Pukekohe pool , dalias and roses in your garden , Grandpas beer , the family photos and the amazing possum skin rug that sat on the lounge room floor at Mason Ave - an so many more beautiful memories . I love you all and I’m sorry that I couldn’t have been there today . Thank you so very much to modern technology that enabled me to watch the video of the service today . You were one of a kind xxx
