Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 22 June 2023 aged 82 years. Much loved husband of Krystyna Roberts, cherished father of Jason Roberts, beloved sponsored dad of Turgut Avsar and dearly loved brother of Gaile Purdie.
You will always remain in our hearts. your memory will never be forgotten.
The funeral service for Baden will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dils Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Monday 3 July at 10.30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations towards the Mercy Hospice Ponsonby would be greatly appreciated in Baden's name.

My condolences to Krystyna, Jason, Turgut, family, friends. Baden honored me with his great friendship. Throughout the years he gave me the big lesson of optimism, love for life. As he answered when asked how he was: “always positive, always smiling” Rest in Peace dear friend Luis Cid Chile

Sorry we cannot be with you tomorrow to remember Baden with you all, but he remains with us in heart and mind. Rest in peace Baden - I have very happy memories of our Teachers’ College and flatting days together back in the 1960s. Happy times! Love to your family. Sorry I can’t be there tomorrow for your farewell. Neil McLean
