I am lucky to have known Judy, a big thank you to her, and to Alec for being there for people and showing us what dignity and grace really looks like. A little passage from something I read often, I feel it is appropriate here. Cattle die, family die, All people are mortal. One thing though that will never die, Is the memory of a life well lived. She has done more for people than she ever realised. Thankyou

I have been very moved and saddened by Judy’s passing. All the women who knew her at yoga have. She had a smile that lit up the room and her gentle kind soul brought a lovely energy into the space. I supported her a lot in the practise and I miss her presence. I have very fond memories of the embodied movement practise she came to on two occasions. It was such a joy to watch her dancing round the room like an angelic being and expressing how magical she felt at the end of the session. She seemed to come alive. She would often come and give me a hug and check in with me and tell me about what was going on with her. I really appreciated her kind, gentle nature. She was very good at keeping in touch via text and always left emojis that made me smile. I could tell she loved Alec and her children so very much. It was also lovely to witness how she helped her friend Annie to get to and from our yin yoga sessions together. We have had some emotional classes for the last 3 weeks. Judy, Alec and the rest of the family have been in our thoughts. I am honoured I got to hold space for such a delightful soul and the gift of her regular and long term presence in our yoga community. She will be very much missed.

Such sad news, particularly as Judy had recovered so well after her last stroke. Judy was such a gentle, kind person, although as her baby brother she didn't let me get away with everything. Judy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. RIP sis. I love you.
