Jocelyn was among the kindest, most warm-hearted people I've ever known. The love between her and Louis was magic; it cheered any room they were in. In my memories of her, she is always smiling.. Always. In her presence, one felt the optimism she seemed to radiate. This loving and loveable woman has left a fine legacy in our hearts and minds
